How long until I can start dialing and scheduling my own appointments?
It takes between 7-12 business days to generate your leads and set up your account. We find most clients are able to ramp up their calling and begin achieving results in about a month after initial purchase.
Do you provide phone scripts and training?
Yes, we provide phone scripts, training, and additional online courses.
What can my team and I do to prepare?
We’ll be adding you and your team to our communication and training channels while we process your leads. You and your team can get up to speed and be ready to hit the ground running once the dialer is live.
How much does it cost to get started?
It just takes one of our Packages + a Maintenance Subscription for any additional lines to get started. You’ll then need a maintenance subscription for each dialer seat monthly.
Can I pick the areas I want to target?
Yes! Simply provide us with a list of around 30 zip codes you’re looking to target. If you need help, we can show you a helpful website to list target zip codes. You can also add or remove zip codes the next time you purchase leads.
Can I bring my own leads?
Unfortunately, no. You can not use outside leads due to the formatting and time associated with uploading them into our platform.
Can you use a lead source I provide?
It depends on the certifications they hold and the data formatting. Contact us for more information.
Do I have to dial myself?
You can dial yourself or build a team to dial on your campaign.
Can I add new people to my team?
Yes! You can bring on your own callers and build your own dialing team. Each additional team member will need a Maintenance Subscription to maintain their seat on your dialer team.
Do I automatically get a call center agent?
On our Standard and Elite packages we bring one or more of our call center agents onto your campaign. This helps our higher volume clients manage thousands of leads.
Do I owe you a commission on leads I close?
No! Your self-generated leads and the commissions are all yours. If one of our internal agents books an appointment, it’s still yours.
What happens if I get bad data?
We guarantee that the data we provide is actionable. Meaning, if any of the phone numbers we provide are disconnected they can be replaced at no cost.
Do you offer payment plans?
At checkout there are several options for payment through our payment processor, including options to pay over time.
Do you offer refunds?
Due to the nature of the data, the intangible aspects of cold calling, and our sunk costs we do not offer refunds.
If I have a team of dialers, who compensates them?
You compensate them according to your own compensation structure.
Can I make a referral bonus if I bring you a new lead generation customer?
Yes! We offer referral bonuses to anyone who brings us new customers. Contact us for more information.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Agreement between “User” and “Elite Solar Group LLC.”
Lead generation services (the “Data”) are offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the Terms and Conditions contained herein (the "Terms"). By remitting payment to Elite Solar Group LLC the User agrees to the Terms. Please read these terms carefully, and keep a copy of them for your reference.
ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS
Sending emails or text messages to Elite Solar Group LLC constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the website, or by text message satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.
WARRANTY, CANCELLATION, AND REFUND POLICY
Elite Solar Group LLC does not make any guarantee as to the results or liabilities that may be obtained or result from use of the Data. Elite Solar Group LLC offers the sole guarantee that the phone numbers provided are not discontinued. Discontinued means the number is no longer in service by the carrier. To receive replacement Data for discontinued numbers the User must: 1. Disposition the call as “Bad Number” in the dialer software 2. Submit a monthly call report before the 7th day of the following month. Elite Solar Group LLC will provide the User with replacement numbers for those discontinued numbers by the end of the month they were submitted in. No refunds will be issued for discontinued numbers.
You may cancel your membership at any time. Any cancellations made will apply to subsequent billing periods only and no prorated refunds are offered. Due to the intangible nature of the Data, all sales are final and non-refundable. The User hereby expressly accepts to be bound by the provisions of these Terms.
NO UNLAWFUL OR PROHIBTED USE AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Elite Solar Group LLC’s services strictly in accordance with these terms of use. As a condition of your use of these services, you warrant to Elite Solar Group LLC that you will not use the software for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. The user is responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws in regards to the use of the Data. You may not use the software in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the software or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the software. All content included as part of the Service, such as text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used, is the property of Elite Solar Group LLC or its suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. You will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found in the services. Elite Solar Group LLC content is not for resale. Your use of the software does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content, and in particular you will not delete or alter any proprietary rights or attribution notices in any content. You agree that you do not acquire any ownership rights in any protected content. We do not grant you any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property of Elite Solar Group LLC or our licensors except as expressly authorized by these Terms.
INDEMNIFICATION
User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Elite Solar Group LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including attorney's fees) relating to or arising out of your use of or inability to use the software or services, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules or regulations. Elite Solar Group LLC reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Elite Solar Group LLC in asserting any available defenses.
TERMINATION
Elite Solar Group LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the software and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. The User retains no right to the Data after termination or suspension due to delinquent payments.
RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN PARTIES
You agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Elite Solar Group LLC as a result of this Agreement or use of our services.
CHANGES TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Elite Solar Group LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change the Terms and Conditions under which lead its services are offered. The most current version of the Terms will supersede all previous versions.
